David will help you to learn how to discuss even those no-go areas that you and your partner have avoided for years for fear of it blowing up in your face. The secret ingredient of the counselling session is deep listening, one that hears beyond words to what the other is experiencing so that each can feel, ‘Yes, this is a person who (at last) understands me.’ The session is non-judgmental and legitimises and supports each partner’s needs. Payment is made by donation. Suggested donation for the employed: $100/hr.; for the unemployed or pensioners: $50/hr. Private health fund rebates are available.
