About	Kullaroo House is an old bank building listed in heritage. The building was designed by James Percy Owen Cowlishaw and constructed by A A Carrick from 1910 until 1911. It has an important place in history. The building was added to the Queensland Heritage Register on 5 March 1999. The design features a two-story building with a banking room on the ground floor and an upper floor manager's home. It has a tall iron roof and three chimneys. It is considered one of Gladstone's finest buildings. It is also known as Commercial Banking Company of Sydney Ltd.
