| About | Abercrombie House is the Bathurst Region's cultural gem, which celebrated 50 years of visitors in 2019. Stewart family built it in the 1870s. It is made of granite with sandstone dressing covering the quoins and windows, and there are two floors with an attic level. It is the home of the Morgan families who spent the last Fifty years in the building and preserving the beautiful house and outbuildings. The house also offers a magnificent venue for private and public events. The very famous guided tours are also scheduled for a 1-hour historical talk and walking tour. Their antiques and collectables shop open daily. |
