Ambitionz Fitness features a special women-only training studio, and this allows ladies to work out in a comfortable & private setting. Ambitionz has a spacious state of the art cardio theatre, and here you will find a variety of fat-burning machines to enjoy at your leisure in air-conditioned comfort. Non-gym members are welcome too for just $15 per session for the six week season. Here, personal training is available. Ambitionz also has a childminding facility operating morning and afternoon from Monday through Friday, the time they know is most convenient for parents to work out. One-on-one personalised assessments and programs are available to all members on every membership plan.
