Their goal is to create a safe and comfortable atmosphere for everyone to get fit, have fun, and enjoy themselves. Learn the basics of maybe some new tricks with a 30 minutes session with one of their trainers. They have a great range of group fitness classes which are free to all members. Basic consult to discuss current nutrition habits and goals; they offer advice on how to move forward. Child-minding services and nutrition consult are available here. Karen has been at GYM4 for over 20years and has seen children she looked after, bringing in kids of their own. They can give you two weeks free when you sign up. |
