About	Dr. Ern Chang graduated from the National University of Singapore, Singapore, in 1997. He got a Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2010. Dr. Ern Chang has been a doctor for over 20 years and was voted Geelong's Best GP in 2019. He is passionate about preventive health and the care of patients with chronic illnesses.
