About	The Corner Bistrot offers traditional French dishes and set menus in a homey dining room with warm earth tones. It is ideally located in the unique and heritage-listed Leigh Street in the centre of Adelaide. The restaurant is close to most major hotels, festival and convention centres, theatres and business precincts. Chef-owner Vic Larosa, a former butcher, prides himself in only selecting top-quality meat that is cut to order and served with a delicious sauce, including the famous Blue Cheese and Green peppercorn sauce as a choice for the Entrecote or a duo de Canard with mushrooms and truffle paste. Some of the favourites, like escargots, canard and crème caramel, are always on the menu, and the blackboard incorporates seasonal produce and French regional dishes. The Corner Bistrot's wine list has a good selection of French and local wines. Taste their Salade Chèvre chaud, which is made up of warm goat's cheese served on a salad of lettuce, pear, rocket, walnut and tomato.
