About	Dr. Indu Gunawardena graduated from the University of Sydney Medical School completing her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 2001 and her internship at Westmead Hospital. She is a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Indu has finished her subspecialist fellowship training in Rhinology, Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery, Head and Neck Surgery and Sleep Apnea Surgery at Flinders Medical Centre, Adelaide. Dr. Indu Gunawardena has published and presented her research nationally and internationally and strives to apply evidence-based medicine to her clinical practice. Dr. Indu Gunawardena is the recipient of several research grants and awards for basic science and clinical research in Otolaryngology.
