About	St Patrick's Church Hill is one of the most spiritual Churches in Sydney. The church was established in the early 1840s to serve the very beginnings of Catholic lives in the community. Due to the fast-growing population in the city, the church's design does not fit, so an architect was hired to re-design the construction. After years of construction, the church was officially opened in 1844. St Patrick's provides easier access to university studies for Marist seminarians to have an academic and spiritual formation on young people. The church holds a strong history and convinces with evidence to support multiple traditions in the community. The parish regularly runs an RCIA program offering people an opportunity to prepare to be received into the Catholic church or to recommit themselves after a period of absence from the church. St Patrick's Church Hill has been revered by generations of Sydney Catholics because of its traditional link to Fr Jeremiah O'Flynn during the earlier times.
