About	The Catholic Parish Of Bundaberg is one of the finest churches in Bundaberg. The church began its history in 1866 by serving the European settlements. At the initial stages, the Catholic population of the community was served by the travelling priests. After the construction of Mt Perry Road, a small wooden church was erected to serve the locals with Catholic services. The Catholic Parish Of Bundaberg provides the sacrament of Baptism, weekend and outside masses on particular Sundays of the month. The population outgrew the small building, and the current church was constructed & officially opened for the masses. The Catholic Parish Of Bundaberg also has schools to serve the Catholic and broader community children with their education and the importance of faith and humanity.
