About	St Paul's Cathedral is one of the oldest historical churches in Bendigo. Robert A. Love designed the church in the early Gothic style. It is an Anglican cathedral, where the name of the church was dedicated in 1868. The church building is constructed in red brick with stone dressing. St Paul's Cathedral interiors are decorated with stained glass windows, wooden sculptures and an opus sectile. The oldest organ that was installed in 1883 was rebuilt and established in 1957. Over the years, the building faced structural problems every now and then. The bell tower became unstable, so it had to be re-positioned at a lower level. St Paul's Bendigo is an iconic building that has recently reopened on 5 June 2016 after a seven-year closure. They are working to strengthen and grow the mission and ministry of the Anglican Church. They are committed to serving in local communities and working in partnership with other churches and organisations.
