He finished an additional heart failure/transplantation fellowship at St Vincent’s and two years of interventional fellowships at St Vincent’s and the Prince of Wales Hosp., Sydney. He is the cardiology representative on the Queensland Health Medicines Advisory Committee and Chair of Prince Charles Hosp. (Drugs and Therapeutics Committee). Dr Matthew has been a Senior Lecturer at the Univ. of Queensland and he is an examiner for the (RACP) Royal Australasian College of Physicians.
