About	Eau De Vie is a classy bar with whiskey, cocktails and tasting menus, plus a hidden lounge behind a bookcase. Eau-De-Vie offers a stunning five-course menu designed by their talented head chef, paired with cocktails designed by award-winning bartenders. Their secret Whisky Room owes its name to their extensive collection of rare and exclusive whiskies that live here. Their Whisky Room can be transformed into a private space and is the perfect place for private functions for groups of 15 – 40 guests. Once inside, you can sit up at the bar, at one of their shared high tables, low banquette and coffee table seating, or a more intimate and private booth. The Eau-de-Vie Library is home to their degustation table from where they host their five courses, cocktail degustation experience. Their team takes online reservations for 1 – 10 guests.
