He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2003. He first trained in Internal Medicine at the University of Hawaii. Dr. Foo completed a full residency in Dermatology at Utah University, where he was Chief Professor. He is a board accredited by the American Board of Dermatology and is a fellow of the American Dermatology Academy. In 2013, Dr. Foo joined PeaceHealth Medical Association.
